I’ve fallen victim to one of the things I’ve worked so hard at removing from my life…distraction.

I’ve been watching it all.

I’ve been consumed with checking for updates.

I’ve been worried about it all.

I’ve been distracted.

I’m paying for it with a lack of focus.

Less energy.

More irritability.

Increased stress.

Bouts of anxiousness.

I’m wasting my time on conversations and problems that I don’t have the information or solutions for.

I’m tired of it.

It’s time to practice what I preach.

It’s time to get back to work.

It’s time to eliminate excess distractions.

It’s time to get back to the daily tasks that I control.

Eat well.

Move daily.

Learn something everyday.

Read. Write. Exercise.

Don't just discuss life and what's happening.

Don't just speculate and fan the flames.

Live a real life and be an example.

Be one of the few who doesn't let 2020 demolish all of the progress they've made in their lives or the hope they have in their hearts.

Take care of you so you can take care of them.
