Feeling Good is Simple

The biggest thing holding you back is your own pile of bullshit excuses.

It’s the #1 cause of your stress and anxiety.

You know what you want...

If not, sit down and tune in to yourself.

You know what you should do...

If not, compare where you are with where you want to be.


Make a plan.

Break the plan into daily habits.

What actions TODAY would move you towards where you want to be.

Do those

Make it simple for yourself.

Put the habits on a calendar.

Include all of the other shit, the excuses, onto the calendar as well.

You have to be honest with yourself and what you are doing with your time.

Put ALL of it on paper and give it the time it needs.

Delete anything that's not serving you.

MAKE room and time for the activities that you know will push you in the direction YOU want to go.

The negotiations and promises you make for yourself happen during the planning phase.

Once it’s on your calendar it becomes a COMMITMENT to yourself.

It’s no longer negotiable.


When the time comes to do it...you do it.

That simple.


If you do...

...you’ll build fortitude and start to feel good about yourself.


The momentum and confidence will grow and pull you into the life you envisioned and planned for yourself.


If you don’t...

...you’ll build frustration and you’ll feel bad about yourself.

The negativity and distrust in yourself and your abilities to do what you say you want will continue to counter the life you hope for and nothing that you planned will manifest itself into your reality.

It's not easy.

But it's simple.

It all boils down to your deliberate actions and choices.

Simply put this process on repeat...forever.
