Improve Thyself

I don’t understand the stigma around self-development.

Those who get it, get it.

I know it’s challenging.

The idea that we are in fact controlling our own results.

Most of us are tentative because we know deep down that if we unlock that part of our brain there is no going back.

Once I start holding myself accountable it’s never going to stop.

My potential grows with me.

I can always be better.

The truth is that until we get over our need to be cool and comfortable we can never hope to get where we want to go.

I’m challenging myself to check in daily on who I am versus who I want to be.

By establishing this I can constantly make the necessary changes and take intentional actions towards the life I want.

My decisions are made intentionally because I have decided where I am going.

This mindset shift has taken me from passively taking life as it comes - to actively shaping a life that fulfills me.

Do you ever think about your life and your approach to it?

Or do you just live it?

Focus & Fortitude
