...consider their perspective.

They have had different experiences than you.

They are experiencing this interaction from a different perspective than you.

You don’t have to agree with them

...but you also don’t have to be right.

Be more empathetic and considerate of other people’s position on things.

You might learn something

...and you’ll certainly get along better...

and live happier.
