What Matters?...and what doesn't?

Thoughts that don’t matter...

I’m tired.

It hurts.

It’s hard.

It’s annoying.

It’s cold.

It’s uncomfortable.

I don’t want to.

They don’t like me.

The wrong team won.

I got screwed.

I wanted something else.

I thought it would happen already.

I deserve it now.

It’s not fair.

I’m upset.

This is a quick list off the top of my head of that absolutely DON’T MATTER if you ever want to actually make progress in anything.

98% of the time we aren’t going to feel like doing the shit we need to do.

We are quick to write the plans and goals on the calendar

but when the time comes to act we find every excuse in the book.

The alarm clock and the weather are not your problem.

It’s the voice in your head.

We all have 2 voices...

...one that says go and the one that says no.

Which one wins?

Excuses don’t matter.

Feelings don’t matter.

You are either doing it...

...or you’re not.

What will you change?

What will you accept?
