I used to think something was wrong with me because I couldn’t.
But now I realize I don’t need to.
I don’t want to.
I want to be me.
I don’t relax.
And I keep going.
I’ll do me.
Don’t worry about it.

What are some of the things about you that you're challenged with?
What are the things that make you feel guilty or different because they don't fit into whatever the narrative is about 'who you think you are?'
Spend some time with those thoughts.
Maybe you do need to change and improve.
Or maybe you need to go all in on who you are while you still have the time and energy.
