Your Life: Defined by Covid19

It’s pretty clear now that this isn’t a vacation.

This situation is going to do enough damage naturally.

More damage with each passing day.

We can’t let it compound the negativity in our own lives.

We can't stop taking care of ourselves.

We cannot give up total control of our thoughts and routines.

Use your mind.

Control it.

Be creative.

Use the space and time wisely.

You currently have the time for the things you ‘don’t have time for.’

This is going to create winners and losers when this is over.

You don't have to buy into the narrative that it's all out of your control.

Spend this time working on yourself in ways you’ve been unable to during the pace of everyday life.

Connect with yourself and those close to you.

Resist the urge to believe everything you see, seek alternative sources of information.

Be skeptical and think for yourself.

Create a positive mindset that leads to positive habits so you create a positive future.

Don't let 'them' use the sense of comfort, safety and security

to eliminate your freedom and liberty to live your life with positive aspirations.

Time will tell the story.

It always does.

Focus & Fortitude.
